SMS Communication

The SMS Agent system is designed to allow remote access to company information systems via the GSM network. Selected persons are allowed easy access to important information available in the company information system by means of simple requests sent as SMS messages. Apart from this basic feature, the system allows the remote check and maintenance of important company systems that require increased monitoring.

Remote Information Access

By sending a single SMS message you can immediately find any information included in the company information system. After receiving your request the SMS Agent system processes it using the data (SQL queries) set by the administrator and then sends a reply back to your mobile number. If the system cannot read your SMS request then either a help message is sent to you, or, alternatively, the correct structure of an SMS request is required. For example, sales representatives can promptly find the information about the customers they are dealing with when out of reach of the company information system. Company managers can obtain instant and accurate information without having to verify these facts by phone.

Important Data Transmission

A very easy method of communication by means of SMS messages enables the entering of important data into company systems databases. For example, it is possible to transmit and process information from drivers of transport companies (also in connection with the installed GPS systems in the automobiles), to transmit information from sales representatives out of the office, to transmit information from systems running without permanent monitoring and so on.

Permanent Check of Important Company Systems

Another part of this system is a module allowing the permanent check of important systems. The moment any problem is detected, an SMS message is immediately sent to the selected members of staff. The check is run at pre-set intervals by means of external applications, SQL queries or Internet requests sent to any WWW server.

Effective, Fast and Automatic Customer Communication

SMS Agent is equipped with a special module enabling SMS communication with the environment outside the company. The module is able to send the selected (registered) customers the latest information exactly according to your requirements. For example, you can increase the effect of your advertising by simply adding an SMS number where the potential customer can ask for the detailed information about your products.

Staff Groups SMS Communication

The system enables a comfortable sending of SMS messages to the whole group of selected staff members. For example, it is possible to address an important notice easily to all absent staff members.

Implementation in the Filed of Mobile Marketing

The SMS Agent system can be used very well in the field of mobile marketing. It enables holding various SMS competitions a games. It can be used for advertising purposes as well and, for example, regularly addressing registered users by sending special offers and so on.

- Evaluation - Request processing.
- Reply - Sending back the found information, alternatively, the status information.
